DBSA support groups are gatherings of peers who assist, encourage and enable each other in helping themselves. A DBSA support group is a safe space for people suffering from bipolar, depression or schizoaffective disorders to share experiences, personal feelings and strategies for living successfully with these conditions. Our support groups are offered online and in-person.
